A native Maritimer, Tim has lived in 3 different provinces, owned various property types, and experienced life in a variety of settings.

From day-to-day living in a bustling urban centre, feeling at home on a quaint, quiet street in a growing city, experiencing the convenience of a rural property just outside of town, and now, feeling at home on a sprawling property overlooking Washademoak Lake, Tim is passionate about helping others to find the place that feels like home too.

"I'm passionate about helping everyone feel at home". - Tim

tim's background

Previous to that, Tim worked in manufacturing for 20 years. With 10 years as a manager leading a diverse group of people, making him no stranger to collaborating with a team of trusted professionals to achieve positive results.

Tim was born in Nova Scotia and spent his formative years moving around quite a bit. His teen years were spent in Ontario, mostly in the Whitby area. From there he lived in Toronto, London, St Thomas, and finally Appin (a small rural area between Glencoe and Mount Brydges), before coming home to Atlantic Canada.

Before directing his passion to real estate, Tim had established a thriving renovation business where he honed his skills in home renovation and applied the attention to detail he is known for in bringing his client’s vision to life.

Coming Home to The Maritimes

Tim is the president and co-founder of a registered charity & animal rescue and sanctuary overlooking the picturesque Washademoak Lake. Tim enjoys spending time with the animals, as well as working on infrastructure projects and repairs.
